Hello Friends and neighbors, I’m Emma, a licensed massage therapist trained at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and Klose training. My journey in massage therapy has been driven by a deep commitment to creating an empathetic and nurturing environment in my community where clients feel cared for, and supported.

I believe that self-care is a vital part of healing and personal growth, and my goal is to provide an accessible, safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable. Whether you’re seeking rehabilitation from a surgery or injury, or you simply wish to enhance your well-being, I’m here to provide person centered massage therapy, tailored to your needs.

I offer a variety of services for clients including sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. Shorter sessions, dedicated to focus areas or for those of you curious about massage therapy and looking to save money. Longer sessions, for those of you looking to “recalibrate,” or relax, while still working on areas of discomfort. A thorough intake will give me the ability to make a plan of care best for your journey and goals. I am here to help you not only recover but thrive. Utilizing techniques such as Myofascial and Trigger Point Release, Craniosacral, and Manual Lymph Drainage we can support your body’s journey and celebrate your path to empowerment through safe, compassionate touch.
